Default H22 A/c Compressor in EG Hybrid?

I am going to swap in an H22 into my EH chassis. My existing D series AC compressor sounds like its clutch is going out. Since it would prolly be cheaper to buy a remanufactured H22 AC compressor and use the factory mounts than replacing my D Series compressor and buying an HCP mount, I was wondering if anyone could forsee if I will have fitment issues.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I forgot to mention that my AC system has been completely converted to R34 already.

I beleive you keep the SOHC compressor because the H22 won't fit. Are you using the HCP AC compressor mount?

well i was hoping to get away from having to buy a new compressor and the hcp mount by just using an h22 compressor.

but if it wont fit, then it wont fit.

you may run into fitment issues with the hoses aswell. Usually u should use the ac compressor that comes with the car, not the engine.

the h22 ac compressor will rub on the frame rail, cause the pully is to thick. You need have to run the d series compressor. I would have sold you my hcp bracket but I sold it last week. I am running AC on my h22 00 Si and the bracket works great. I had to modify it for a bseries compressor, but thats it. You also need a slim fan and put it on the front side of the compressor.
