Alright I have some questions. I'm doing a F2B swap(JDM F20B) into a 97 Civic HX and Will be using the stock PCB ECU. So I'm staying OBD-2!

What all needs to be wired (extended?)?
Will I need any special vacuum hoses or fuel hoses?
What radiator hoses are a direct fit? I found the answer somewhere, but couldn't find it again.
What gaskets can I use for the head and block?
What fuel rail is compatible with the F20B studs?
Is there a steel oil pan I can use? Because the aluminum one sucks ***!
Can I use a OBD2 H22 dizzy and plug it right up?
Also is anyone running the Innovative A/C kit with the ESP D series Alt Tensioner? Any Issues?

Sorry, if these have already been answered. But all the info is scattered instead of consolidated!

Ok so i came across a problem with my f20b engine i need to replace my crank pulley. I dont wanna bother searching shops for a f20b pulley is there another i can use that will work. I belive the H22A would need to be grinded down to fit properly so thats an option but is there another that would work just as well?

so i was changing my timing belt and water pump on my f20b and i noticed that the water pump for the h22 that spindle gear thing is a lot smaller than the one that came with my f20b motor. Will that be a problem? it bolts up just fine.

update

Ok nvm i just checked and the teeth do not line up on the pump, 2 teeth line up and rest are on top of the gear teeth. f20b water pump has 26 teeth the one i got for a 95 prelude (awp 876) only has 19 =\ so looks like i need a water pump from a 97 lude(awp-885) also has 26 teeth. So its on order and im waiting for it to arrive along with a new auto tensioner (one on the f20b was broke)

So this swap is being annoying but i guess it gives me more time to make sure all of the wiring is done correctly.

So i searched the thread and i am wondering, for those who opened up this little beast and put it back up;

what head gasket did you use? i read the f22b works, i can get it for dirt cheap. Or the original (12551pcb004) ordered from the usa for triple.

I have currently 2 f20, head off. One was never opened, had original pcb head gasket, the other had another one (have to find what exactly; 95% same except oil drain slightly different in one spot, slightly larger bore(very slightly) and a few coolant passages (around cylinders) are blocked off compared to PCB, and it's not an h22 head gasket.

i am trying to keep this low budjet, it's just for a summer (i hope at least) since i got them for dirt cheap.

Is there a way to use the use the f20b fuel rail? or do I need to use a OBD1 fuel rail and injectors? if possible since the 94 and 95 accord are obd1 would their fuel rail and injectors work? I know they look the same as the 96-97 which is obd2.

I was thinking of using a 91-93 fuel rail but not sure how I would mount the fuel line since the connecter is different and on the other side of the fuel rail.

other than this issue my swap is almost complete =/

Thats an easy one bro. to use OBD2 injectors in a OBD1 car. Just take a file to the injectors, not the clips, and file off the guides that you need. The injector will stay together by the metal clip on the plug. This is found somewhere on the net been a long time if you wanted pictures. FYI your asking the question wrong think of your fuel rail as a H22 part, cuz it is, and search that way. You will get faster results.

Since I'm one of the only ppl still representing. A strong F20b will put down 210hp 153tq with just IHE. So F your K and R :D my dyno sheet is somewhere in the H2B section
