I have a 99 si motor into a 94 del sol

could i use an obd1 ls or gsr engine harness and just plug it into the del sol's harness that is already on the vehicle?

problem I'm having is that engine will not rotate.

engine will not rotate meaning starter will not function and do its job..
i have a 99si complete drop out into a 94 delsol. I do not have the del sol engine harness...i have a ls and gsr obd1 engine harness. could i use any of these along with the delsol's harness that is attached to the vehicle?..or should i go to a salvage yard and find a 94 del sol engine harness??...ive checked the starter in many ways and could not get it to rotate....to the best of my knowledge starter problems equals battery ground and starter itself right? nothing else deals with the starter problem is there??what fuses or relays could i check?? i know its not the clutch sensor for sure. so lost and tempted to give up.....thanx in advance for any help

 

He cannot use a 99 Si engine harness in the 94 del Sol.

He can use the 94 del Sol harness and add what he needs or he can use any Vtec teg harness and it will plug in at the shock tower.
