Engine cell in 99 civic with obd1 ecu?

How can I pull a code when I have this setup? Is there a trick or can an OBD2 reader pick up the correct codes?

I can still pull codes with an obd1 ecu in my 99 civic.

What reader do you use? OBD2?

I use that blue plug by the kick panel where the ecu is located.

Thanks guys! I used this wedsbite to find out what codes I'm throwin. The jumoer thing. Need to work out more code (which the part is on its way) and my swap is complete!!!
