OK I've got a 2000 Si and I'm putting a turbo kit on it (GT2530, Hondata Stage 2w/boost, AEM fuel package, FAL fan, Fluidyne Radiator, etc.). I'm planning on running about 6psi at the track with a Greddy FMIC (or the like). Daily I'm gonna try to stay below 3 psi. This however will only quench my thirst for power. I was gonna build up the B16 but got to thinking.

Could I bolt a GSR block to my B16 Head, put in new sleaves at 84mm and basically have an almost closed deck B20? I also ran across a company, Dart I believe, that makes closed deck Honda Blocks. Mort parts to buy but a stronger design.

In the end I want to run 12psi daily and 18 at the track. What are my options here?
