Default b16a2 ready for boost?

sup,
im currently running a 2000 em-1 SI, b16a2 as of now it has intake, header, exhaust, cam gears, fuel pressure regulator, is this engine good for a turbo more likely toward the future? i know on stock internals i won't be able to boost more than 6-7 psi. ive heard many good things about the LS/vtec turbo.... if i find a ls block would that be compatible with my b16 head? would my engine be good to turbo, or should i drop a b20 or ls block first?>? thanks

There is many cars on H-T running B16 motors with great sucess. There is a guy on here running 11's on a stock B16 with a drag turbo kit. I think you should keep the B16 and spend the extra money, u didnt spend on a new block, on tuning or building the motor. My .02

with the money you spend on a ls block and everything to make it work RIGHT, you can put so much more into the b16. just my opinion though
