Default Spoon crank pulley and lightened flywheel.

I head that racing crank pulleys from Spoon and UR fluq up your engine. I don't doubt that part, but I was wondering if by me putting in a lightweight flywheel does it counteract the problems caused by a lightweight crank pulley? I was also wondering if I had my engine blueprinted would I be able to compensate for the pulley? I just want to know the safest way to add a light weight crank pulley and lightweight flywheel.
