I am looking for links of swap where and engine is placed in a MR configuration as opposed to FF like most hondas....like a b18 in the back of a street driven civic..

the project that have come to mind..are a drag cr-nsx...

and also so Honda engineer at their testing facility but a b18 into a D2 Integra...

just looking for some other example/links prefereable of street driven cars, not race cars

why?
sure it would be a cool project

buy you could buy a NSX and slap a competch supercharger on it for the same price, if not less.

i only know of 1 CR-NSX and it took over 6 years to build if im not mistaken. i still havent seen proof that its running.

I was not really talking about making another cr-nsx, but rather any info on a "kit" that would put and honda enigine in the back of a hatchback/liftback such and a EG, Integra or even CRX. For example taking the running gear from a US spek Lotus Elise with the 190 bhp B18c and puting that into the back and Integra or a civic...or like that Top Fuel Del Sol that I like has a turboed B20 in the trunk...oh and this is not for any project of mine just yet, I was just looking for some infomation of any such porject...kinda like what Renault Sport did with the Cilo to make the Cilo Sport V6

not something you make a stret car. The car will be laid up for at least a year or two and that is even if you are a master fabricator

There is no "kit" that you can buy for a setup like that - it's all going to be custom fab!

Anything can be done with the right amount of money. I posted this same thought a few months ago and got ripped apart about it. It's still a thought, but in terms of reliability of a street car, I don't think it would be that practical. It's a great idea, it's just going to take a lot of work.
