First, Do a Compression Check and Leakdown
Your MPH seems kinda low for your setup.
Next, Switch to a Real Header (Spoon, Ported JDM 4-1)
Cams, Light Porting\Polishing, Bigger TB, ECU (Raise Rev Limit\Speed Limit)
Valve Springs, Bump the Fuel Pressure Up alittle, Advance Timing 2 Degrees, Skunk 2 Manifold, Bump Compression by getting a Spoon Head Gasket.
Don't do bullshit stuff yet, like Ignition Etc...
Get a Hondata and work from there, dont mess around with Piggy Back systems...waste of your money. Do some Tuning on the Dyno after you get everything and bring that HP\TQ up.

Shouldn't you be on a Supra board somewhere?! hehe.
I think my weak link is the DC 4-2-1. I need a nice 4-1 to flow for top end.

Re: EG B18C1 hybrid hbs...please list your setups and 1/4 mile times (Yellow Dragon)
when i first got my motor and also my first time at track i ran a 14.1 @ 99.85 mph at carlsbad. setup at the time was 94 CX (full interior inc. spare and tools), 94 B18C1 w/ dc 4-1, AEM intake, magnaflow muffler w/ stock cat and 2.25 in. piping, stock clutch, stock 13" wheels with crappy tires and a mugen spec chipped P28 ecu. i was spinning out alot through 1st and second so my 60' and 330' times werent that good. on the 14.1 run i had a 60' time of 2.265.
