EG Hatch with GSR motor what times
Hey guys I just dropped a GSR motor into my EG hatch, it's running EK9 cams and valve train, cam gears, Short Ram Intake with HKS super Power Flow, DC 4-1 Header, Test Pipe, 2.25" ID exhaust.
JDM ITR Tranny with AP Organic Clutch and a Fidanza Billet Fly wheel
The car is pretty stripped with just front seats carpet, dash and door cars, no stereo.
I'm running on Volk CE28's 16" dia with street tyres .
I'm hoping to hit the 14's waddya think?

Re: EG Hatch with GSR motor what times (crxste)
First off, its tough to tell when we don't know exactly how much power that car is pushing and how good of a driver you are.
But honestly, you should EASILY be into the 14's with a B18C1 in a hatch if it was in stock form. Yours is modified and you have a great tranny setup, so I see some low to mid 14's with that car. Thats just guessing though.
A stock b18c1 pulls around 145-150whp stock. We'll just throw out for ***** 10whp added with your mods (because I don't know much about those cams you got in there, and you never mentioned anything about a tuning device so im taking it that its untuned, which sucks, but hey its your car)......now with any extra power on top of a stock c1 you should easily pull 14's with ease, especially with that ITR tranny.

14s no doubt! Had a cx with GSR motor and only intake & exaust. Best run 15.1 at Carlsbad raceway. Basically, was runing between low to mid 15s. In the prior Crx with stock b16a would run mid 14s all day. Put on some slicks and go to the track, you might be surprise. 13s?

2460 lb Si hatch w/no driver

Re: EG Hatch with GSR motor what times (crxste)
I'm not sure which model of hatch you have, but with that tranny and whatever upgraded cams those are, and proper tuning, you should be able to beat my time no matter what. check sig...
