Default Which ECU?

I'm going to go with a D15b swap in my EF hatch and the guy I'm getting the motor from has a auto P08 Ecu that will sell to me. But a buddy of mine suggested I go with a p28 ecu...
What do you guys suggest?? Will the P08 work??

Thanks!

D15B?.....VTEC or non-VTEC motor? Is your car 5 speed or auto?

the p08 uses a single wire o2 sensor the p28 uses a 4 wires, the p08 i think has slightly higher revlimit as well.

Use the P08 and have it converted to 5 speed, as that is the ecu designed to work with the motor.

Or, use a p28 5 speed ecu and a 4 wire o2 sensor..
