po8 is the jdm d15b ecu. a p28 will work as well. try classifieds or ebay

A P28 will work, but it will run a little rich. The P08 is the right ECU for the D15B, but it is made for a one wire o2 sensor. Let me know the specifics of your setup and I might be able to set you up with a P28 programmed to run your motor, or a P08 ECU with the o2 heater enabled (for 4 wire o2 sensor).
