you need a em1 t-bracket, em1 post mount bracket and depending on which ac compressor you use you will need a ac bracket from a del sol.

Funny how I see this question over and over but nobody answers it the same way.
I'll give it a shot:
1. All 5 of the rubber mounts can be reused. BUT that's just the rubber part.
2.The rear t-bracket needs to be replaced with the t-bracket that came in a b-series factory civic (in Canada it's the 99-00 SIR, this is badged differently elsewhere... but if it came from the factory with a b-series it's the right bracket)
3. the drivers side post on a b18 motor itself (with the two prongs facing up) is not the correct fit to mount up to your civic drivers side mount. If you want to reuse that rubber mount, you'll need a side POST from a b-series civic (99-00 SIR again) OR the side post from a 97-01 honda CR-V will work. Those are typically easier to find. What looks a little better perhaps, is to get a custom side mount, like the ones that Hasport sell. As Hasport is pretty expensive, you might want to go with Yonaka.
Yonaka actually has a sale for the 3 main mounts for something like $69 with free shipping. (I know cuz I'm ordering some!) the two minor mounts are the same as your civic. If you went this route, all you'd need is that 99-00 SIR t-bracket, I'm getting mine from ebay.
To clarify, you would use the 3 mounts that come in the Yonaka B to D mount kit, the 2 rubber minor mounts that are already on your civic, and you'd have to find the t-bracket from somewhere.
