Defeating VTEC oil pressure switch
Ok, guys, there's the deal.
I have a 95 Accord Euro R Hybrid.
I'm just undoing a few of the left over bugs, the car still hauls ***** but I'm still lacking VTEC becuase the Euro R doesn't come with a VTEC oil pressure switch, and it's throwing a code on my Hondata. What exactly does the ECU look for when it tries to use this switch and how to you bypass it to make VTEC function properly?

Re: Defeating VTEC oil pressure switch (eg6ajk)
Hey, wait a sec, I get the general concept. Can you elaborate? VTM to VTS? Hook me up with a little more info, please. I've got two wires in the vtec oil pressure switch, bwn/blk, blu/blk. which one splices?

Hey, thanks, bro, that was a cheap and effective fix... I just jumped D6 to A4 and it fired right up. No my car is scary fast.
