Your best bet is this:

1.P28 ECU
2. OBD2-1 ECU adaptor harness
3. OBD2-1 Distributor harness
4. Either get an OBD2 alternator or OBD1 alternator and swap plugs over (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v130/fobtions/alt.jpg)
5. Convert to a 2 wire IACV from the 3 wire that the CX harness has
6. Either use some OBD2 injectors or use the D16Z6's injectors with OBD1 injector plugs soldered on
7. If you still have the CX engine harness you'll need an O2 extension harness to run the O2 where the Z6's location is
8. Get an Intake air temperature harness plug and convert the CX's plug over to the OBD0/OBD1 style

Any questions PM me

The 96up Civics used a one piece harness that connected to the engine and went to the ECU. 95 and older civics and at least 92up integra's used a two piece harness: engine to strut tower and strut tower to ECU. So you won't be able to just plug up that harness you have. But you may be able to use some plugs off it to make it work or possibly get the other side of the OBD1 harness to the ECU but I am not sure that it doesn't have other plugs that run under the dash or not.
