Default D16Y8 into 97 HX(D16Y5) ecu wiring, probs?

okay we dropped a 99 d16y8 from an auto, into a 97 hx coupe 5 spd. The auto manifold has the iacv on the tb instead of the IM. so we swapped the hx IM and TB onto the y8, and i am running the y5 EM till i get a proper header. I already have someone helping with the diff o2 sensor, the y5 uses a 5 wire, the y8 uses a 4 wire.

The next problem we are trying to figure is the manifolds and tb's. The y5 iacv is a 2 wire, the ex is a 3 wire. What are my options? Should i get a gsr 2 wire tb and just plug it in, should i find a complete IM & TB for a y8, or is it easier to wire a 3wire plug for the auto TB? or even a 3 wire GSR TB? Various people are helping with this, but i know someone has done this swap and will know from exp. AND YES I SEARCHED! lol
