I need help converting 3 wire IAC to 2 wire IAC
I have a D16Y7 and my IAC is not working and it's $227. Why pay that when I can do a
D16Y8 swap. I can get the manifold and harness. I just need to know will the Y8 hook up to my Y8. Or can I just take the IAC connetor form the Y8 and soder it with my exiting harness. Or does anyone have any ideas ?

you can take the IAC connector from the y8 and solder it. But I think I remember reading that the automatic d16y8s had the 3 wire also? So make sure its from a manual
