Default D16 head swap and now no start

I have a d16z6 boosted and one of my valves was burnt so I swapped on another z6 head and no it wont start. There is spark and fuel, timing is correct. I checked compression and I got 60psi but idk if that will even help because compression test are done at operating temperature. Also, I have SRP 9.1:1 pistons so compression might be low. Any ideas what to look for? Anything i should check with dizzy? I triple checked the firing order and its correct, but theres a ring that goes to the cam and i just lined it up to fit, could a 180* turn be the problem? Also could i fried my ecu because I forgot to disconnect the battery when doing the swap, the ecu fuse is still good but idk if that helps.
