I went to san fransisco yesterday and when we got there i noticed some blackstuff on the inside of y front driverside rim. is it my cv joint, how do i fix it and is it cheap and easy?? Also my car has been like hesitating when i floor it it kind of boggs and then it will go whats up with that??<this has been happening for like a couple of weeks i chg. my spark plugs recently if that has anything to do with it.

 

if its the cv joint you will here a clicking when you turn
and with the spark plug question you prolly gapped them wrong.
