What ecu are you using?Click the link and there is a list of codes, but 36 isn't on there. Also i think the anti lock brakes have there own computer but not sure if it would throw ecu codes for it.That is an odd one.

I was just reading around, and saw someone say code 36 is on JDM P13's with the 4WS (4plug ECU).
I was just wondering if that's the ECU you have?
Because it's what I'm running, and like I said I'm throwing it.

Yeah I actually saw both of those threads.
Problem is, even if it doesn't affect emissions, I cannot pass emissions if I've got a CEL.
And if I'm going to have a non stop CEL with this ECU...I've got a major problem!

Re: code 36? h22 eg (hot_EG)
if you had a regular P13(3 plugs)you would not throw that code, but since you have the 4 plug ECU with 4ws it almost impossible to get rid of the code. I dont even know if those ECU's are able to get chipped. Jon you should take it up with Steve.

hmmm...well I've been told it's a 'ghost' code...only comes up when you're pulling the codes.
So hopefully when I get 41 taken care of, I won't have a CEL. That's frustrating me by itself though....brand new 02 sensor, and all the wiring checks out okay.
IF this ghost code thing is the case, I'll be a happy camper
