Default Check Engine Light when I coast or slow down

I'm getting a check engine light come on when I coast or slow down in gear.
'92 Hatch with a '95 GSR swap and skink2 intake manifold. Also got a whistling sound when I gas it. Think that might be because of my small *** LS throttle body? Anyway, its throwing Primary O2 sensor code. Any help would be sweet.

Thanks in advance

My friend has a turbo H23 and his was doing the same thing but all he needed was a map sensor bypass valve.
My intake man. makes that same whistling sound.

so the whistling sound is from the smaller throttle body?

should replace o2 sensor... the sensor is showing lean when you close the throttle body... if you know the sensor is bad you must fix it before diagnosing anything else... the whistle is coming from your intake...
