Default Block Gridle To LS Block Cost?

hey, i think this is the right form for this?

i'm thinking about putting a block gridle on my ls block for my ls/vtec set up. I know the gsr block will need some machining, but do the aftermarket (Z10, Endyn, GE, Ect.) need machining also? or does it jsut bolt right on with out any modification?

also when using a block gridle i know you need to get a gsr oil pan, oil pick up, and windage tray. I would like to know how much it would cost to get everything in my car correctly with all the machining done. and is it really worth it?

TIA
