Ok so I decided to pick up a B20B longblock. Got it for 580 shipped. I eventually plan on going turbo but not VTEC. I also am looking at purchasing a built LS head(ported/polished and all that mumbo jumbo). I figure through some Crower 404s, with appropriate Valvetrain, some Cam Gears, and a cheap-o header(till turbo time).

What will I have to do to put the LS head on the B20?

Should I go with a LS tranny over a B16 tranny because of boost?

Anything I should do to the block before boost? I'm not gona run more than say 15psi.

 

id rather boost an ls block...the head for an ls and b20 are almost the same. except the b20 head has bigger valves. but the ls head does bolt up to a b20 block.
