Default B18c1 or a JDM B18c

I paid for a JDM B18C with about 30,000 miles ($3500) but the shop I bought if from said that they just got a B18c1 in with 7000 miles on it ($4000). They told me i could switch if i wanted and pay the difference. If i get the c1 i'm going to leave it stock for now but if i get the JDM i'm going to change the clutch and flywheel with an ACT. My plans are to turbo the car later with stock internals.

if you're gonna boost with stock internals...
then i'd get the usdm since the compression ratio is about 10.1:1
(which is lower than the jdm 10.6:1)

JDM b18 more tourqe and I don't think the compression will be too high for turbo.

yeah i think i'm gonna go jdm...

once i get the turbo setup it won't be long before i rebuild the bottom end...

then will be the question of getting head work done to the gsr head or to get a ITR head and swap the gsr cams into it...
