Well being that you have a new car (00) i figure you wont want to replace all of your mounts. so for sure i now that you have to get the 99 si rear mount the (the one that conects your motor to the frame), and also get the 99si driver side bracket. (this is the one that is actually on the motor itself, right underneathe the cams.)youll need to use your old civic studs. Also if you want to keep the ac youll need to get the ac bracket. For all of the other mounts use your own civic ones.

Oh and you can also do a search which might help you out more.

I just put an B18 into mine...

Info supplied by: solsir93

99-00 SI Driver side mount bracket- 11910-P30-000
This piece bolts to the enine block below thee cam
gears. Reuse the civic studs in this bracket. Also reuse all
other civic parts at this mount location.

99-00 SI rear "T" mount bracket- 50827-S04-N10
Bolts directly to engine block. Use stock civic mount
on chassis.

A/C comp. bracket- 38930-P54-000 (definitely P54, not P30)
Bolts to B series block and civic compressor. No need
to discharge A/C system during swap. Leave all A/C lines
connected. Use stock civic stud in side of A/C
bracket. Also reuse STOCK CIVIC mount on chassis.
Integ. piece is similar, but you must use the civic
piece.

Front tranny mount- use integ. piece on tranny.
Again, use stock civic mount on chassis (like A/C bracket).

Upper tranny mount- use all civic pieces
