You could bore out your block to 84mm with oversize Civic Type R pistons, thinner head gasket, etc.
I'd go with crower rods if I were you.

Re: b18c1 bottem end build up (ridge racer 2)
No boost ? With Nitrous ? (it's a form of FI tho...)
You'll need a displacement increase (bored out) and the CTR pistons will put you up there. Get a B16 jdm tranny or ITR tranny (you'll NEED an LSD) It won't take too much, but you'll need to invest in suspension parts that are adjustable... you don't really build a motor for drag AND autocross.... especially when you expect near 12's

Honestly, 13 second all-motor and daily driver really don't belong in the same sentence. I know there are people who do it, but you're talking a lot of money and a lot of compression...
It seems like you'd be just as happy with a strait swap and be done with it.

???
i know lots of people running 13's in their daily drivers. heck, my friend ran a 14.0 with a full interior, totally bone stock gsr sway in his eg. no bolt ons, no header, no nothing, on si wheels with stock tires.
there's lots of 13 second all motor daily drivers out there.

When I had my EG it was daily driver. 2 1/4 " exhaust. Stock manifold. Vtec controller. Intake(short), clutch, nitto 555's, and tokico's. = 13.8-13.9 all day.
