Does your distributor wires match plug for plug? Also make sure your igniter is working. Do you have another distributor to check?

The bypass is for crank sensor jdm engines don't come with crank sensor so it has to be bypassed if using odb2 usdm ecu

The igniter is good

Just found out that my distributor plug has 2 extra wires now I gotta rewire from odb2a to odb2b

Didn't the 99-2000 have a immobilizer? Or just some of the 2k Ecu's ? Just a thought
