Default B18b swap into a EG (92-25) Civic

I know I know search search search..............been there done that.

Have a 94 Integra which I'm going to scrap for a pal to put into a 5gen (EG-92-95) Civic.

I know the swap is easy as pie I just want to get a list of parts I need to use from the integra.

I know I need:
Teg Axles
Teg Shiftlinkages and shifter
Teg engine harness and ecu (duh, but OBD1 are all the same except for vtec equipt models)
rear engine mount (the rest are the same as the civic right?)

So is there anything I'm missing here that I would pick up on during the swap and need to hunt parts down for?

If the civic has PS can I use that pump on the teg block? Or do I have to use the teg pump and change some lines?

Yes, it is. Only replace it if it is broken or tore.

You should do timing belt, water pump, spark plugs and wires, while the engine is out.

I used the DC2 pump with the civic line (from the rack to the pump) and used the DC2 belt. And it has worked fine for almost 4 years.

Good luck with the swap!

Thanks for the info man.

Yeah thats the obvious for the engine when I take it out of the car. Will probably dissasemble most of it and clean it and paint it fresh.

As for the PS, I will have a complete civic and complete teg car so I'm sure it will work out.

Just wanted to check out those few questions I had.

Thanks again.

To tired to think deeply, but so far I also noticed you need to include a integra throttle cable to your list

rear engine mount AND front tranny mount AND ac bracket mount must be from the teg

The metal pieces of the 2 piece mount must be from the integra as I stated
use all the civic rubber pieces

if you do not use the front 2 mounts from the integra(front tranny and ac mount) you will NOT have any front torque mounts - which is what these mounts are

One other small thing to note. You didn't mention if you were going to switch over the integra radiator. I have a B18B1, and I just used my eg radiator. However the hoses don't fit, you kinda have to do some fabrication. I would recommend using the integra radiator.

Why stop there if you have the whole car? Grab the suspension, front and rear discs, master cylinder, prop. valve, sway bars (if available), radiator, seats, etc. Almost every Integra part will bolt onto the Civic.

Well you could do all that too, but I was meaning the more practical things like the bigger front brakes, rear discs, seats and things that bolt in and are functional and/or fit well. Not like an Integra front clip, dashboard or anything that drastic
