Default b18b into 1990 civic, no fuel/ no fire, need help

Got power to the fuel pump and power to the distributor but I can't get the pump to prime on its own or the injectors to open up. And the distributor acts like its not getting a signal to spark. I'm not getting any spark at all.

I can prime the fuel pump manually and turn the motor over and I my fuel pressure gauge wont' come down below 42psi. Put a spark plug into each of the plug wires and none of them had any spark. I'm also not getting power to all of the wires at the distributor plug.

Anybody have any ideas?

I was able to fix everything sunday and monday. It was the main relay but it was my fault. How's the damn thing suppose to work if its not grounded? As far as fuel and fire though....After grounding out the main relay and actually getting fuel pressure and power to all the pins at the distributor, I still couldn't get any spark. So I took the distributor apart and found that the ICM(ignition control module not the ignition solenoid) was fried. After testing to see if each cylinder has spark(the freaking hole in my finger is proof of that) I still couldn't get fuel to my cylinders. I had perfect fuel flow from supply and return, but couldn't get my injectors to open up. So I found a wiring diagram for both the motor and the car and found a wire was missing from the wires I soldered together from the injectors. This happend to be the power wires that come from the main relay and get pulsed from the ecu. How's are teh injectors suppose to open w/o power right

So after all that, I turned the key and she started right up.
