had anyone used a gsr harness to wire in a b16a2? if so can some spare me the headaches and point me in the right direction as to what wire goes where. a color coded diagram would be great.... thanks in advance.....

 

JDM ur USDM gsr harness?
all the wiring should be there except the GSR harness will have a wire for the butterfly (wich dosent matter because its a b16)
and is the b16 OBDI or OBDII
also what year car?

 

1. its a 94 usdm harness
2. the motor is obd2
3. and my civic is a 94

My mian problem is that at the IAC valve there are a few extra plugs all the connectors are the same but i dont know what one goes where and i tried guesss......... BIG MISTAKE..... i set my IAT sensor on fire so no more of that...... and its a good thing i have 2 of em.....

you think thats funny you should have been there when i was blowing on it trying to put it out and unclip it from the harness.......... the damn thing kept ingniting everytime i blew it out!!! while my uncle who doesnt speak english is standing 10 feet away laughing his *** off....

 

it scared the **** out of me. the car idled perfect and then all of a sudden i see smoke......

 

i used and ex harness on a gsr motor no problems just had 1 extra plug
