Default B16A2 intake on a B16A engine

To make a long story short: A buddy of mine seized his (stock) b16a2 in his 2000 si, so I helped swap a JDM B16A into it, but had to use the USDM intake.

Now that I have hooked almost everything up I have noticed that there is a coolant line coming from the bottom of the throttle body that heads strait for the thermostat housing and the place where it looks like it should go is already taken by another hose.

So, does anyone have a detailed pic of where those hoses should be going?

Another question... the JDM engine did not have a place for the crank sensor that was originally on the USDM engine. Is that going to cause a problem with the ECU? If so, how to fix it?
