Default 96 del sol problems

my friend just got a 96 del sol with a b16 swap ...i was lookin at it and it was throwing three different codes...21 (fixed) throttle position sensor (fixed) and i think either 31 automatic tranny b signal or 41 Primary oxygen sensor heater..cant remember....well i looked at the ecu its a p28 i pretty sure its not chipped...and i guess the guy that owned the car before converted it to obd1 by cutting everything up and using obd1 plugs....so i know he needs to chip or get a different ecu....my questions are...
1. how can you tell if the ecu is an automatic ecu i know its some number (i compared the numbers to my p28 the top numbers were the same not sure about the bottome ones)
2. and the other question is there possibly a site or place where i might find the wiring an obd2 car wires to obd 1 plugs im trying to make sure that the wires are going to the right place...thanks
