b16 sirII into 99 Ek Hatch
Could someone tell me with a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness the best possible engine harness to use? 99-00 ex? 99-00 si? 96-98 ex?

just use your ex harness,worse comes to worse some plug wires may need to be made longer to reach some ot the sensors....but thats about it.another thing to look for also is if the distributor on your b16 is obd1 or obd2,if obd1,then you just need to cut the plug and match the distributor wires on the b16 dist. to the cut plug on your obd2 sohc dist. or if you want go out and buy an obd2 99-00 si distributor,and not have to worry about cutting anything.

This is true, if you can't get an OBD II distributor you'll have to re-pin the OBDI distributor to get it to work.

The motor has been in the car, I have an obd2 dizzy, alt, and injectors.. The harness I have is hacked to pieces from the previous owner and I just need something that is uncut, etc..
So with the ex the only difference would be perhaps extending the primary o2 wires and the si would be exact fit right? Since the primary o2 is all in the same spot?
