Default anyone here done an obd2 b18c1 swap into a obd2b civic?

i got some questions that the search has not answered. Apparently not too many people here have done this. I can find plenty of info on 96-98 civics but not 99-00 civics.

this is the info i have so far.
parts needed besides the complete changeover i plan to purchase from hmotors:
99-00 Si rear tranny mount
99-00 Si driver side mount
del sol vtec a/c bracket (p54)
obd2b -> obd2 conversion harness
gsr throttle cable

i need to know if there's anything my list is missing. i dont want to start the swap and find that im missing stuff.
I'm also looking for some info on how to extend the 2nd o2 sensor. And right now i have a 99civic ex wiring harness, can i just follow the instructions for adding necessary plugs and sensors of this site http://www.eddiesun.net/~trey/6gen/ ? or will it be different since that site describes the swap for 96-98 civics?
