Default Are the 99-00 SI ECU pluggs same as the 99-01 GSR and what wires have to be changed to make it work?

Well smogg day is in the near future and I need a ECU to run for the crappy SMOGG guys. Thing is if im not sent to the ref im going to do it under the table probably. BUt if I am sent I need to find a ECU to run. I swapped a 01 ITR motor in my car and the SI Ecu runs to lean so I know it wont pass etc so I was thinking of getting a GSR CPU for the car just for the test but I need to know if it will be just plug and play with a 99-01 GSR CPU. I know the 00-01 ITR ECU is plug and play but damn imobi gets in the way errrrrrrrr and if I take it out it will throw a cell witch I cant have. ALSO do the GSR ECU's have the damn Imobi? Any help would be great thanks.

The 00-01 Integra plugs are the same as 99-00 Civic's. But as stated, they have an immobilizer built in so there goes that idea.
