98 civic coupe lsv swap harness question
I recently dropped a lsv motor in my 98 civic ex coupe, the car was auto converted to 5 speed and my old harness was a hack job so I am using the one that came with my new motor, it's a b18b1 block with a gsr head and a type r tranny, I put the motor in and have the harness pretty much plugged up, only issue I have is on driver side behind shock tower there are 2 clips coming from the fire wall, the new harness only has 1 of the 2. The one it doesn't have is a clip with I believe 8 slots but only 4 pins in it. Does any one know what that clip is to ? I'm assuming I def need it plugged in, I really don't want to use my old haness since it was put together terribly ( obd1 injector clips wired on, wires cut thought the harness etc) any help would be appreciated
