96 civic dx with d16z6 engine and p2p (d16y8) ecu
Ok so it runs alright but when I cruise around town the narrow band 02 says everythings ok but when I floor it under 6000rpms its so lean it doesnt even show up. I have no cel and vtec works and after 6000rpms its runs great. With the stock (d16y7) ecu its fine, it runs rich at wot but theres no vtec. I have changed the iacv, throttle body including the tps and map, and I took the plugs and wires out of my d16z6 crx which runs fine and its not any better. What should I try next? Also before anyone says it I know the narrow band isnt great but it gives me an idea. Please help.

Can anyone tell me if there is a major difference between dx and ex harnesses besides the vtec, knock and 2 wire iacv? I just seems werid that no one else has had this problem and if they did they didnt post a solution. Someone please help.

Re: (SiR4U2C)
Found the problem! Ive seen tons of times were people say all d series injectors are 240cc. The other day I was comparing part #'s of injectors from a 96 dx to a 96 ex and they are different. 96 dx injectors are 190cc so theres my lean problem. I ordered some used injectors from a obd1 civic ex and they come with clips so ill just rewire them. I knew id figure this out some how.
