i was just reading katmans swap write up and am i reading this right? if i use a 96-98 civic ex 5spd harness while putting the b16a2 in the 96-98 civic hb, i wont have any problems at all, except some wires may be too short and need to be extended? does everything really plug in including the in the cab? thank you

Yes

Running a P28 you won't need to worry about the crank fluctuation sensor because the OBD1 P28 ECU doesnt look for that sensor.

Yes indeed. The 96-98 EX harness is nearly all plug and play and the best harness to use for any VTEC motor in a 96-98 EK chassis.
