Okay I've had my swap for a few months and I was thinking the other day when I changed my fuel filter.

Is the CX fuel system able to pump enough fuel out for the swap?? I mean the obviously runs fine but will upgrading the fuel pump make a difference??

No its not.
When ur driving hard and doing a lot of full throttle, zero throttle then full throttle again repeatedly, pump will not be able to keep up with the transition because it does not flow enough.
Fuel pres. regulators operate in a way when you have high vacum (decelerating or idle) that it dumps fuel back to gas tank and when WOT (power tripping or racing), it restricts fuel from returning to tank and starts to build up presure in the lines.

This transitions will lean ur engine up to a point you feel it kinda bogging. Not good because ur actually running dangerously lean for a period of time.

yes u need to upgrade if you want to be able to sustain driving hard.

But if ur just cruising and not really working it, the stock pump should work.
Thats all you need basically.

yeah, just get a gsr pump, it's a direct fit.
