Default 2 engines; What to hybrid to make strong? Techs

Ok I have these fully functional engines. B16A SiRII with 28,000 aprox but that engine is tore down and the head has a 3angle valve job and resurfaced. The other is a 94' B18C1 with about 42,000 on her. Wanting to build a LS/VETC. I have the ECUs to both also. What would be the strogest and best way to build this engine out of what i have. THanks for anyones help. You reach me at smogmystir@aol.com

thnaks,
Mitchell

the gsr motor is the obvious choice. Why would you want to do an ls/vtec when you already have a low mileage factory vtec motor? sell that b16a and buy some higher compression pistons for the gsr block.

Agreed. I would sell the SiRII motor and use the headwork as a good angle to sell it. If you're not happy with what you're getting offered for the head, then KEEP the B16A head and sell the B16A with the GS-R head. This will give the B16A higher compression due to the smaller combustion chambers on the B18C head.

With the money from the B16A, get some higher compression pistons (as stated above) and some various other parts. What parts?

1. ENDYN rollerwave pistons. Allows you to SAFELY run 12.5:1 cr on 92 octane PUMP gas!!!
2. Since the cr will be bumped up, you can run JUN 3 or Toda B cams
3. Upgraded valvetrain
4. Skunk2 manifold
5. Reprogram the P72 to run at LEAST ITR specs
6. V-AFC
7. Optional: sell the P72 ECU and don't buy the V-AFC and BUY a stand-alone ECU
8. **** an LS/VTEC up with this set-up.

That's just an idea. If you wanted to throw in extra money for some good headwork like ENDYN headwork, then you could. I was just trying to figure up some things you could buy with just the money from selling off the B16A.

Good luck.
2.

Just stick with the B18C. Build on that instead. You can rev higher then a LS/VTEC and would save the headache of putting it together.
