00 Civic ex, B18c1 OBD1 Swap, Tach not working all of a sudden

Icon5 00 Civic ex, B18c1 OBD1 Swap, Tach not working all of a sudden

So, I ran a wire from the distributor. It worked fine. I then installed an Si Gauge cluster. It worked fine.
Went out of town for a week, left the car alone. Came back and the tach doesn't work. I ran a new wire just to be sure it didn't break or anything and it's still not working. I'm stumped.
