'00 B18C5 INTO A 94 CIVIC HATCH (4 ?'S)
Well I hope you swap guru's can answer these questions for me, I did a search and checked out the faq's with no luck...
1. Can I just plug up the connectors and thats it for the wiring? There's an extra plug with 3 wires on the passenger side of the engine that the civic doesn't have, whats that connection for and can I run without it?
2. Can I use the existing fuel system with the new engine, I will swap the fuel pump but can I use the civic's fuel filter. (I dont want to change it unless I have to because the inlet point is different and I would have to swap the whole line back to the fuel tank.)
3. How do I swap the brake line proportioning valve? I don't want to run abs, the civic's proportioning valve has 2 inlets 4 outlets, the R's prop valve has 2 inlets 2 outlets, what should I do?
4. Can I just swap the whole dash? the connectors are different (I think) where it plugs in, what are my options here?
any help is greatly appreaciated as these issues plague my thoughts, thanks in advance guys.
Chris
