You need to put a slot in the shear head screws using a hacksaw or dremel. This will give you the ability to remove the bolts with a flat head screw driver. Sometimes they're EFFING in there like crazy! So...keep that in mind.
Once the old TPS is off, you need to get some new bolts. Get some allen head bolts from a hardware store with the same thread pattern and diameter as your old bolts.
Put the new TPS on making sure that the swing arm of the TPS rests in the swing arm of the throttle rotor.
Put the TPS connector back on. Turn the key to the ON position, but leave the car off. You'll need to electronically adjust the TPS.
I forget which two wires you need to tap into with a back probe. Once they're back probed, you basically just swivel the TPS around till you get 0.45 volts at closed throttle and 4.5 volts at WOT. Once you achieve that position, tighten up the screws. Check the voltages again to make sure the TPS didn't move as you were tightening the screws.
Done.

You can use a TPS from another car if you want, but it's probably a lot easier to just find a used throttle body and swap it on if you want it to be as hassle free as possible.
It's easier to set voltage with a scan tool. Just plug the scanner in, go to data menu, look at voltage pop up on your screen and adjust accordingly. Also, the two wires for setting voltage are the two outside wires.
