changing the tps
hey guys, well i have been having some trouble with my 94 ls. i need to change my tps and when i was looking at it i noticed that there are no screw or bolt heads on what ever it is holding it to the tbody, if anyone has or knows how to change it please help
take a grinder and grind a slot across the rivets deep enough to fit a flat head screwdriver into, then take a hammer and tap the flathead further into the rivets and unscrew them. Find 2 bolts or screws with the same threads and reattach your new tps. Keep in mind that it will need adjusted with a multimeter. I'm unsure of the voltage though.

you can see that the mounting points of the TPS itself aren't circles, they are more like a () so you can rotate the sensor until you get the correct voltage reading and snug the screws/bolts down. I wish I had a pic
thanks for the info on the adjustment bro, I was drawing a blank. lol
