take off TB and with a dremel or small file, file a slot for a screwdriver. Replace bolts with much easier to use ones.
Option 2.....dremel off head of bolt completely (dont *** up tps sensor) and pull off tps, then remove old bolts and replace with new bolts.

or get vice grips and a torx bit....
