The hugely overshadowing contributor to fuel economy is throttle position, rpm has very negligible effect. I am a mechanical engineer and design/test large-scale engines. If you want proof look at the injector duty for rpm and then for different vaccuum points on hondata/uberdata/crome.

Thank you, but it's not just TP. I mentioned load and RPM as well.

let say we put stock vs. with some after market final drive with same driving... who you think will put out more gas milage? ...

under what conditions? like you both drive on the freeway at 70mph and see who gets better gas mileage? or what about city driving? because of the final drive he might hit 5th/6th gear higher and have better gas mileage.
