TC Design Toe Link Kit FAILURE
#129
As far as I see it. Both TC Design and The owner of the car are at fault.
both seem to be responsible for half the damages...so i think TC should pay for half of the repairs...
ALTHOUGH. If TC wants to sell any of its products to any honda-tech members...i suggest they pay for ALL repairs.
I dunno about you guys..but thats my .02
My message to TC design..sell your business if this is the way you treat customers.

Re: (PolarBearWins)
i'm just wonder.. who here purchase new TC product..
if so, was there a "off road only" warning label on the boxes or on the product?
i believe it is required by performance manufacters to label their product w/ warning label for consumer that they do not have any liability.
