Rear tire wear

Rear tire wear
To start off, here's my problem. I have a 2001 Integra LS that has a rebuilt title from being hit in the rear. Ive been driving it for about 12000 miles and its already gone through a set of rear tires.
So, looking at the treadwear in the rear, it is worn more on the inside and less on the outside, gradually. I'm guessing from too much toe out. What I'm afraid of is that the frame might be bent from when it was hit, preventing me from correcting the toe with a simple alignment.
If thats the case, can I buy aftermarket trailing arms to correct the toe more or will this create lots of problems?
Also, if it is frame damage, its obviously minor because the tires look straight. Does anybody know if frame damage on our unibody cars can be fixed? How much can it cost? Give me real numbers if possible.
Really what I want to do is use aftermarket trailing arms to correct the toe, unless someone thinks that will create real issues. I'll try to post a pic of one of the rear wheels also. Thanks

Not yet, its not actually my car yet really. I just didnt put that up there so I could simplify things. I'm looking at buying it and the guy who drove it previously went through a set of tires in 12k.

yes there can be frame or suspension part damage.
but what do you want us to tell you, even after looking at the pic?
get an alignment and see what they say.

lol. you're supposed to read my mind. I knew I was asking a dumb question, just wanted random answers and perhaps some examples of prices people payed for frame repair.

frame repair will be a lot.
replacing bent parts will not be a lot.
you can get adjustable toe links if you cant get within spec.
alignments cost $60-90. get one done.

Alright, so if I cant get within spec AND I decide to get adjustable toe links, will I have other issues? I know that a lot of things like dynamic toe and camber depend on correct suspension parameters, so I'm just judging my options. As long as it drives normal and gets decent gas mileage though, I wont be complaining.

yeah it changes your dynamic toe by changing your toe arm length, (some call it passive rear steering ) but whatever. its not going to be that big of a deal. but as long as you recognize it.
