Default gas question,

hi i used teh search already but found nothing, i juss bought a used s2000 with no user maual and was wondering how many gallons of gas do we hold full, and how much milage we are so pose to get out of it with normal driving. im getting about 200 miles on a full tank and was wondering if something is wrong because puming a full tank is about 40 bux where i live

i get and average of 240 per tank. on trips (highway) my best was 320 miles to the tank

If you bought the thing for gas economy purposes, you really got the wrong car...its a freakin' sports car for god's sake, not a damn civic. Feel lucky your getting above 20mpg at times...my friend's porsche is getting about 10-11mpg, and holds about $40+ worth of premium each fill up.

Tank holds 13.2 gal. and my warning light comes on when it still has 3 gal. I get 31mpg on the highway and between 18 to 24 anyother driving. This S2000 is stock with 41,000 mi. I also use redline oil 10W30, but I see that alot of owners here are happy with mobil 1.

If I drive like my G-Ma I get almost 300 to the tank. Usually 25-28 mpg, but that changes a lot with a heavy foot.

The tank holds a little over 11 gallons....My best mileage has been 261 on a tank.They were mostly highway miles....

I'm pretty sure my manual says 13.2 gallons.
