I had the car towed there from the body shop. I don't think he's down to part it, but as in business, if the price is right, then things can be negotiated.

I'm in the process of getting him the pink slip. Already submitted the insurance check to my bank, they said it'll take about 10 days for an insurance check to clear, and then typically another 3 - 4 weeks for DMV to mail out the pink.

I'm in the process of finding another car. I'm thinking of a Kia or Daewoo at this point.

 

The exterior color grew on me. I never quite got over the interior. Was seriously considering converting it to a black interior. Then this happened. Epic Failure Me

Thanks all. It was my first rwd car without some sort of electronic traction control, even still, the last rwd car I had was a rx-8 from five years back. Kicker was, I was driving a lot slower than usual because of the horror stories about rain driving, but I hit a bump while merging and ya...epic fail on my part.
